Artist's Description
Floating On A Lily Pad is a recent addition to my portrait series. There were so many beautiful birds out in the water it was hard to know which way to turn. One would swim by or splash forward taking off with a loud splash and feathers flying in it's wake. Three shimmering ducks floated by and when I looked up I saw the most beautiful goose. Content as could be happily floating upon a lily pad. I watched as the water gently rippled around her beautiful feathers the lily pad lying against her chest like a beautiful jewel.
