As we drove to Wildwood New Jersey it was still dark outside, and big fat drops of water started hitting the windshield until we would drive further and it would stop again only to gain momentum once again. Always an optimist I insisted to myself it would be fine the sun would come out in time for the sunrise.Luck was on our side, the rain stopped, and what we saw was a beautiful moody sunrise that kept me occupied and amazed with it's ethereal changing light.. This was one of the images from that gorgeous morning on the beach. There were quite a few surfers enjoying the aftermath of the storm at sunrise out on Dawn Patrol not wanting to miss one single moment.
