The Sun Is Shining And So Are You is a recent addition to my Jersey Shore and Meditation Series. The beach was dark when I arrived the only thing awake were the birds they skirted the edge of the waves looking for a tasty treat. At first just a few, then the sun started to rise, and that was their cue to get in there because it was breakfast time. They were so beautiful, silhouetted against the sparkling gold and blue seawater. You could feel their happiness spread through the air, they were so full of life, so happy to be alive.Life is really good, it's moments like this that make you grateful to be alive.
