Open Heart is the newest creation in my Digital Series.This artwork is also a part of a series I have been working on about how artwork can benefit the meditation experience by creating a calm,joyful positive viewing space. Reaching inside ourselves, once we decide to take the journey, a quiet stillness and inner peace lives within each of us.This artwork was created to help achieve a meditative state. Open your heart and see where it will lead you.Mandalas are used as a spiritual teaching tool and an aid to meditation or trance induction in various spiritual traditions.Mandala has become a generic term for any plan, chart, or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos and universe whether it be symbolically or metaphysically.
