It has been several months since I have been able to post here. I lost my dad he passed away at age 83 on January 31,2020 from several strokes to his brain stem. His death was hard over a period of several weeks. Some may think he had a long life, it is true, and he really lived it. I think that is why it was so hard to let go.. I know he would not want me to be sad indefinitely he was always seeking the fun in life. This is for you Dad a tribute to you..I remember when you came to my show and saw this painting and how proud you were. Now I know you are watching over us on top of the world. Each day I strive to wipe the sadness away and reach for the sun. Every day it gets a tiny bit easier one thing never changes how much I love and miss you that will always be more than I can tell. Evoke a feeling or emotion.. To look upon something and get lost in it's depths.. A feeling of inner peace for the viewer..
